Workplace psychological injuries have become one of the most important topics in 2023. Top leaders are now recognizing the full impact of the following workplace hazards: psychological harassment and psychological violence. This abuse costs millions each year. Part of that cost is due to the lack of qualified and experienced helping professionals “trained in this area.” We see the unintentional errors being made and we want to help. We will build your knowledge, competence, skill set, and confidence for when these complex, heavily nuanced cases come to you for help. Our training will make a world of difference for you and for your clients. We have been training all levels of helping professionals for 12 years including doctors, nurse practitioners, therapists, and social workers. We have seen thousands of injured workers including those who are targeted, bystanders who are struggling, and those who have suffered due to malicious complaints. In addition, we work with those who have been substantiated for acting out with harmful behaviours. This is a specialized area and it is important for you to know best practices so that vulnerable employees are not harmed by unintentional innocent errors. We will provide examples of what not to do. Take our training and become a part of a large network of specialized helping professionals. This is how we all make a difference to help remove these hazards from the workplace. It is no longer “normal” to bully at work. We also offer a training course for first responding professionals e.g., leaders, HR, Investigators, Safety, Mediators and Coaches. Our training is trauma informed. We offer a holistic lens along with current research, years of hands on experience, and more. Join our unique and specialized network, become certified by CIWPB.
