Following our 2 March article “Unless” Order: Defendants want to know exactly what they’re defending, Bay of Plenty DHB has submitted its long awaited Amended Statement of Claim to the Employment Court.
We note that the DHB’s claim was stayed by the Employment Court on 24 May. All DHBs are soon to be absorbed by Health NZ and we don’t yet know how this will affect the proceedings we have previously referred to as a BLAPP.
