Earlier this evening we tuned in to the six o’clock news and learned that Sir James Wallace had been convicted for sex offences and his noncing had been subject to name suppression for a whopping six years.
2.5 years ago we published the full text of a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) between disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein and his then PA Zelda Perkins.
We don’t know if Wallace paid hush money but would not be surprised if he did. As we know from the likes of Weinstein, Jimmy Savile etc, legal means of silencing complainants are often employed, but it’s not often we find out about them.
Anyone who is party to an NDA with Wallace, and was perhaps warned of the consequences of undermining its “sanctity and integrity”, by discussing it with third parties for example, now has an opportunity to trash it, on this website (redacted if you prefer). We’re here for you.
