"Halse Cabal": Progress To Health and BOP DHB hearings scheduled for 10 February

The morning hearing is an application to stay proceedings as anti-bullying employment advocate Allan Halse continues to seek judicial review of four year old proceedings against him and a former client, Ana Shaw, which Halse asserts are bogus and "should never have been issued". He intends to apply to have the proceedings struck out.

A SLAPP brought by Progress To Health which we have been aware of for three years finally enters the public domain and a brief hearing on this is scheduled for the afternoon.
