The Employment Court often refers parties to mediation and report the fact that a settlement has been reached. Judge Beck congratulated the parties for reaching this confidential agreement.

At last an organization takes responsibility for their actions , the sad part is why did it have to nearly cost her life and 5 yrs for them to do this !!!!!!
