After an affidavit did the rounds and reached us, my research colleague emailed a Hamilton lawyer telling him he was at risk of perjuring himself in proceedings.
The lawyer didn’t respond. Maybe there’s a simple explanation, like maybe Tristam’s email went straight to spam.
Anyway, could all Hamilton managing partners please check their spam folder and scroll down to 27 May, then do the needful. We’d hate to see you done for committing perjury.
